Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition.
Non-returnable items
Custom-printed cases and gift cards are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Open the order in your account, choose the item, and submit a return request. Once approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method or wallet.
